Soar Hawaii has been in business for over 20 years. They specialize in sailplane rides and flight training. With a staff of over 15 people, Soar Hawaii takes pride in giving high quality flight training and sailplane rides. All of their pilots are FAA certified in flight experience and licensing. They are the only commercial glider ride operation in Hawaii with zero glider ride accidents.
Our sailplane operation is located at Dillingham Airfield on the North Shore of Oahu. We operate from a 9,000-foot runway 2,000 feet from the base of the Waianae Mountains everyday (except for Christmas & Thanksgiving) from 10 AM to 6 PM. Soar Hawaii presently operates five sailplanes including two 3-place sailplanes, three 2-place aerobatics sailplanes and flight-training type sailplanes.
