Paradise Cove costs a bit more than most, but adds a Hukilau Ceremony at their wonderfully scenic12-acre beach front cove. There's transportation from Waikiki, a Mai-Tai greeting and a couple of drink coupons, arts and crafts demonstrations of hat and lei making and more with a nice buffet and the standard Polynesian review at about $53. 

For ten dollars or so more there's preferred seating up front, table service and more Mai Tais and Blue Hawaii drinks than anyone should eat (BEST DEAL). 

For another $20 you get a lei greeting, individual photo and a mug. Ten dollars more buys a big steak for timid carnivores.
